Returns and Refunds
You have 60 days from the delivery date to return the shower head for a full refund of the purchase price.
What qualifies
- The head may be installed and used. That is the point of the 60 days — you cannot tell whether it changed anything without running it for a few weeks.
- A used or darkened filter cartridge is not a problem and does not reduce the refund.
- Please keep the original packaging where you can, but a return will not be refused for lack of it.
Return shipping
We do not charge a restocking fee or a return-processing fee. Return postage within the United States is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
How to start a return
Email us with your order number and one sentence about what went wrong. We reply within two business days with a return address and instructions. Do not send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns can go missing.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the returned item being received. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Inspect the parcel when it arrives. If anything is broken, missing or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping, and you will not need to return the faulty item unless we ask.
Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched, usually a window of 1 to 3 business days after ordering. Once a parcel has left the warehouse the return process above applies instead.
Exchanges
We sell one product, so the fastest exchange is a refund on the returned item and a fresh order.
