Returns and refunds

30 days to request a return

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. This is not a used-product trial. Please obtain return instructions before sending anything.

Return shipping and refunds

You pay return postage for a change-of-mind return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval and issue the product refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time. Original shipping charges, if any, are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any return shipping that we require for an accepted defect or fulfillment error. Do not send a parcel to an address on the shipping label without our instructions.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address change before dispatch. If the fulfillment partner can stop the order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid. Cancellation is not guaranteed after dispatch; the return policy above then applies.

Earlier orders

Orders placed before this product launch keep the terms provided at the time of purchase. Your applicable statutory rights are not limited by this policy.
