Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order; there is no minimum.
How long it takes
Stock is held in our overseas fulfilment warehouse, not a US warehouse. The honest timeline is:
- Processing: 1–3 business days to pick and pack.
- Transit: 6–12 business days to a US address.
- Total: roughly 7–15 business days from order to doorstep.
That is slower than a marketplace with local warehouses, and we would rather tell you now than have you wondering on day nine. If you need something in two days, buy it locally — we will not pretend otherwise.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 2–5 days to begin showing scans while the parcel is in transit between countries. That gap is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Duties and import charges
United States import duty on this shipment is our cost, not yours. The price you pay at checkout is the total price. You will not be asked for money by the carrier on delivery.
Delays we cannot control
Customs inspections, carrier backlogs and severe weather can add time. If a parcel has shown no movement for 10 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If tracking says delivered and the parcel is not there, check with neighbours and your building office first, then email us within 7 days. If it does not turn up we will replace it or refund you.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within a few hours of ordering and we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address we cannot recall it.
