Shipping and delivery

For the Emergency Power Bank, the single-unit option has a $6 standard shipping charge to the United States. Bundles of 2 or more power banks include free standard US shipping. For other products, free standard shipping is included in the displayed product price for orders to the contiguous United States and Washington, DC, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping eligibility for other destinations is confirmed at checkout.

When to expect your order

Please allow an estimated 2–3 weeks from order placement, including processing and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders are fulfilled by our overseas fulfillment partner. Tracking is provided after dispatch; updates may take time to appear.

Tracking or delivery questions

Contact us with your order number if your parcel is delayed or the tracking is unclear. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with the revised timing and cancellation options. Please contact us promptly about an incorrect address; changes are not guaranteed after dispatch.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide a revised estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund before shipment, and obtain any consent required for a delay.
